The $50 deposit locks in the day and time frame of your move. Your deposit is 100% refundable as long as you cancel the job 48 hours before the move. Also please note that the $50 deposit is included in the total for your final bill.

The dirty little secret of the moving industry is that insurance will rarely, if ever, reimburse for damage to your belongings during a move, especially if the moving company does not do the packing. To help protect you and your belongings, we give our own "damage coverage" guarantee under our Full Service package. This guarantee gives you 100% coverage over anything we break during the move including both your belongings and your home. The reason we don’t include this guarantee in our Regular Service is because we can only guarantee the safety of your belongings if we are responsible for them from the start of the move to the finish.

For most home moves, we charge a $450 minimum which includes the basic costs of any moving job: paying our movers for their time, insurance, and gas & transportation. That being said, we’re willing to waive the minimum charge for smaller jobs such as: transporting items within the same floor or same building, jobs that only require assembly and disassembly, or jobs that only require loading heavy items such as furniture. Our management team has over 20 years of combined experience in the moving industry. As for our moving team -- each new mover is required to perform 3 months of training and shadowing prior to becoming a full team member. All our drivers are drug tested, screened, and have DOT cards. And finally, we hold monthly training sessions to educate our staff on emerging consumer goods trends and how to properly pack them. For example, curved TVs have been increasing in popularity lately. But did you know if you try to pack them like flat screen TVs they won’t have the necessary padding to properly protect them during your move? This is a simple example, but I hope it demonstrates how continuing education is incredibly important to us.
